Zealand citizens, must obtain a visa or travel authority
before travelling to Australia. A visa will be a
stamp or label in a passport; a travel authority
is an electronic record authorising travel into

Worker Visa |
| The Religious Worker visa
(subclass 428) provides for the temporary stay for
persons who will be full-time religious workers
in Australia. Religious
work is work of a religious nature for which the
applicant has had relevant religious training or
may be undertaking training. The religious work
proposed must directly service an organisation's
religious objectives. |

Working
Holiday Program |
| Working Holiday program
provides opportunities for people between 18 and
30 to holiday in Australia and to supplement their
travel funds through incidental employment. The
visa allows a stay of up to 12 months from the date
of first entry to Australia, regardless of whether
or not you spend the whole time in Australia. You
are allowed to do any kind of work of a temporary
or casual nature, but work for more than three months
with any one employer is not permitted. |

Student
Visa |
| The Overseas Student Program
(OSP) allows people who are not Australian citizens
or Australian permanent residents to study in Australia.
Anyone who is not
an Australian resident may apply to study in Australia
under the OSP. If you want to study under this program,
you must obtain a student visa before you can commence
a course of study in Australia. |
